AOC Poses With Libs Of TikTok Founder, Who Then Serves Ethics Complaint

Chaya Raichik, owner of the popular “Libs of TikTok” Twitter account, went to Congress on Thursday to deliver an ethics complaint against radical leftist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) — who appeared to not recognize her, as she posed for a photo with Raichik before being informed of the complaint.

The ethics complaint stems from Ocasio-Cortez’s comments during a House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing on February 8, where the Democrat congresswoman accused Raichik of lying when she posted about Boston Children’s Hospital “offering ‘gender-affirming hysterectomies’ for young girls.”

Ocasio-Cortez also falsely claimed that Raichik’s actions had “culminated in real life harassment and ultimately a bomb threat to the Boston Children’s Hospital.”

Meanwhile, Raichik’s supposed lies came in the form of an actual video from Boston Children’s Hospital describing “gender-affirming hysterectomies.” Critics of Ocasio-Cortez’s comments have pointed out that the hospital is specifically a “children’s hospital,” and if they are advertising these procedures, they are likely being done to children.

Further, an article from the Post Millennial has confirmed that the children’s hospital provides transgender surgeries for minors.

“Boston Children’s Hospital boasts of ‘full suite of surgical options for transgender teens,’ has 90 videos promoting surgeries to youth on their YouTube page. Co-director allows vaginoplasty on 17-year-olds, but hints at even younger,” wrote Christina Buttons in a tweet sharing the article.

In response to Ocasio-Cortez slandering her, Raichik stopped by the Democrat congresswoman’s office in the Cannon House Office building to personally deliver the ethics complaint. Ocasio-Cortez was not in her office at the time, so Raichik gave it to one of her staffers.

However, the Libs of TikTok founder later ran into Ocasio-Cortez while walking through the Capitol. The Democrat congresswoman appeared not to recognize her and posed for a photo with Raichik. While they were smiling for the picture, Raichik told Ocasio-Cortez about the ethics complaint.

“I just delivered a complaint to your office because you lied about me in a committee hearing,” Raichik told the Democrat congresswoman. “I never inspired a bomb threat.”
In response, Ocasio-Cortez stormed off after insulting Raichik.

“No. You are actually super transphobic, and I never want to share a space with you! Thank you,” the Democrat congresswoman claimed as she hurried away.

In the ethics complaint, Raichik accuses Ocasio-Cortez of violating House ethics rules by “knowingly and intentionally defaming Chaya Raichik, creator of the viral Libs of TikTok account, falsely accusing her of lying and disseminating disinformation.”

According to Fox News, the complaint filed by the Heritage Foundation and Raichik also defends her post about Boston Children’s Hospital that Ocasio-Cortez used to smear her.

“The nine-page complaint defends Raichik’s view that Boston Children’s Hospital performs gender-affirming hysterectomies on young girls,” Fox News wrote. “Aside from being the ‘premier pediatric hospital,’ Heritage noted that the hospital’s website notes that it performs gender-affirmation surgery to ‘eligible adolescents,’ and that the Journal of Clinical Medicine has documented that the hospital has ‘performed 65 double-mastectomies on minors over the course of three years.’”

“Other material collected by Heritage shows that gender-affirmation surgery has been performed on patients as young as 15,” the outlet noted, adding that Boston Children’s Hospital had since “quietly changed its website to reflect that ‘genital surgeries are only performed on patients age 18 and older.’”

If Ocasio-Cortez is found to have violated House ethics rules, the complaint requests that the Office of Congressional Ethics reprimand the Democrat congresswoman, make her apologize to Raichik, and strike the accusations against her from the congressional record.
