Biden Has To Get It Together When It Comes To Foreign Military Involvement Or The World Is Going To Overtake US Military Forces

Russia is tracking USS Arleigh Burke, a guided-missile destroyer, entering the Black Sea to patrol. The high-tension area has been a point of interest lately, and NATO allies are patrolling the site as well.

Russia, Ukraine, and NATO are all conducting military drills with the possibility of Russia invading Ukraine. Moscow, Russia, has denied this.

The US Sixth Fleet said the Arleigh Burke entered the Black Sea just one day after Russia conducted military operations by plane and ship. The uptick in military movement should be a significant concern as the United States is Ukraine’s ally.

A statement released by the US Sixth Fleet says, “While in the Black Sea, the ship will operate alongside NATO allies and partners in the region, working together to ensure security and stability in this vital international waterway.”

Russia may have been civil with former President Donald Trump, but that may differ with President Joe Biden. Trump once said, on Twitter, “Having a good relationship with Russia is a good thing, not a bad thing. Only stupid people, or fools, would think that it is bad!” The Trump era is gone, and citizens of the US and abroad should be worried that Biden’s Russia and China strategy will fail miserably. Biden doesn’t appear to be drawing hard lines that must not be crossed. Instead, he’s been relaying to the people that he’s merely asking for things with the hope that they’re upheld.

The ship is not a newcomer to the area. According to the US Sixth Fleet, Arleigh Burke began its current patrol in August, operating alongside naval allies and partners, including ships from Standing NATO Maritime Group (SNMG) 1. The ship also made port calls in Tallinn, Estonia, and Helsinki, Finland, highlighting the importance of Baltic relationships to NATO Alliance strength.”

“USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) and fellow Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) recently completed operations in the Black Sea, working with regional allies and partners including Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, Turkey, and Ukraine throughout their time in the area,” the ship said.

The Russians must have been taken aback by the show of force, and they appear to be keeping a close eye on the ship, mainly if rumors of a Russian invasion of Ukraine are true.

Biden needs to get it together if he’s going to deal with these enormous forces. Not only is there a concern in Taiwan over Chinese military operations, but now Russia.
