Hunter Biden Faced Defamation Lawsuit Before Call For Probes

Presidential son Hunter Biden was served with a defamation lawsuit filed by former computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac last week. That legal action came five days prior to the younger Biden’s own suit against Mac Isaac over his abandoned laptop.

That subsequent action is now seen by many as retaliation.

Interviewed by Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, Mac Isaac’s lawyer Brian Della Rocca said it was difficult to track Hunter down to serve the papers. The attorney said, “it was very difficult to find where he was.”

Della Rocca related that Hunter Biden had been in the Washington area for a couple of weeks and continued moving around. He was eventually located in Culver City, California, on Jan. 27. The suit against the president’s son seeks $75,000 in damages.

Five days after the papers were received, letters were sent out by Hunter Biden’s lawyer seeking a criminal probe into Mac Isaac and others.

The former computer repairman believes Biden and his attorney took action as retribution for his personal lawsuit.

The longtime political attorney, Abbe Lowell, first accused Mac Isaac of improperly accessing the information on the infamous laptop. That’s when the former computer repair shop owner filed suit.

Now he believes that Biden and Lowell are seeking revenge.

Della Rocca drew a direct link between his client’s filing against Hunter and the charges that followed. He accused the president’s son of “trying to intimidate. And it’s interesting to me that this happened when it did.”

The lawyer told the New York Post that Hunter Biden is “desperate” to try to pin the blame for the laptop debacle onto anyone else. He also defended Mac Isaac’s legal ability to access the laptop because of a document Hunter signed when he dropped it off.

Della Rocca noted that “when Hunter signed the work order, he gave authorization to John Paul to access the information on the laptop in order to recover the data.”

Hunter was also clearly told, according to Della Rocca, that he would forfeit the computer if he did not return within three months to retrieve it.

The younger Biden’s inclusion of Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon in his legal ramblings showed how much he wants to deflect blame away from himself. But the circle around the Biden family’s shady dealings is closing, and no amount of legal intimidation will stop the truth from emerging.
