Krugman Tries To Run Cover for Biden’s Economy and Fails Miserably

Paul Krugman is an Op-Ed columnist for The New York Times who has also won the Nobel Prize in economics. He also unapologetically runs cover for the democrats whenever he can. His current take on the Biden economy is no different but no one believes a word of it.

Krugman is using the same logic that people use when talking about lawyers or congresspeople. I hate them as a group, but I love my guy. The idea is that people tend to have a negative view of systems at large but pull positive expectations from their own firsthand experiences. While this may be true for your tax lawyer, it does not translate when dealing with the Biden economy.

Inflation is at a 40-year high. Given that 61% of Americans were living paycheck to paycheck at the end of 2021, before inflation went completely haywire, the rise in prices most definitely had an immediate negative impact on people’s personal finances. Krugman also must be talking to only rich people because 75% of Americans think the country is heading in the wrong direction. He is exhibiting the tone-deafness of someone who has been in academia his entire life surrounded by like-minded elitists.

Once you leave the Krugman Twitter feed it is obvious that Americans are hurting at every level. There is a massive supply chain problem where people have to wait months to get a washing machine. Families are having a hard time getting baby formula. Stocks are tanking and experts are warning of a recession. Krugman’s insistence on covering for President Biden and the democrats is an example of why trust in the media is at an all-time low. People simply do not believe anything from mainstream news outlets anymore.

The establishment media is dying but they do not realize it. People like Krugman still believe they have a captive audience who will believe what they say without verification. Those days are gone. All Krugman is succeeding in doing is marginalizing himself by pushing propaganda for the current regime. Every day people are being hurt by the economy no matter how many tweets Krugman sends saying otherwise.
