JD Vance OUTPOLLS Kamala HARRIS

Vance’s net favorability is low, thus Harry Enten, a senior political statistics reporter for CNN, recently declared that he does not “understand” why former President Donald Trump selected Vance as his running mate.

But a Wall Street Journal poll indicates that Vance is more well-liked than Harris.

According to the survey, 44 percent of registered voters think negatively of Vance, while 42 percent think favorably of him.

On the other hand, 46 percent of respondents think favorably of Harris, while 52 percent do not. In the 2024 election cycle, this is Harris’s best performance to date.

The aggregate polling data from FiveThirtyEight indicates that Harris’s approval rating is net 13.7 percent disapproval, which exacerbates the situation for her.

Democrats and Harris launched a nationwide campaign to disparage Vance as Trump’s running mate, calling the senator from Ohio “weird.” Republicans responded by pointing to the numerous times in which Democrats and other leftists have been “weird.”

Vance responded by calling the attacks on him by Democrats an “honor.”

“Look, the cost of admission — that is, the cost of being able to serve the people of this country — is that the Democrats will use every resource at their disposal to attack us,” Vance said to a reporter for Fox News. “I consider it an honor.”

Breitbart News Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle stated, “Finally when asked who better unifies the country, head-to-head, more — 44 percent — said Trump than Harris, 43 percent. In swing states, Trump’s share increased to 47 percent while Harris’s fell to just 44 percent.”
