When the Left says that “Trumpers” are anti-vax, they seem to miss President Joe Biden’s entire 2020 presidential campaign. Biden encouraged Americans not to get the Covid-19 vaccine that former President Donald Trump was rolling out, and so did many Democrats.
Even Politico is taking up for Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Politico graciously offered a fact check to many claims that they both were against the Covid-19 vaccines, and thank goodness that they cleared it up. Politico said, “Video clips appear to show Joe Biden and Kamala Harris raising doubts about COVID-19 vaccines, but they were raising concerns about the rollout by then-President Donald Trump, not the vaccines themselves.”
Interesting, let’s take a trip down memory lane.
Harris said, “Well, I believe that will be a problem for all of us. I will state that I do not trust Donald Trump. And it would have to be a credible source of information that discusses the efficacy and dependability of whatever he’s discussing. I’m not going to take his word for it. He wants us to inject bleach into him. No, I’m not going to take his word for it.”
Did Harris think that Trump was making the vaccine in the basement of the White House?
Harris also said, “But if Donald Trump tells us it’s safe, then I’m not taking it.”
Biden said, “Trump’s approach to the vaccine is not particularly rational.” He’s talking about it being ready, and he’s going to talk about moving it faster than the scientists believe it should. People don’t believe him when he says he’s telling the truth. As a result, they are unsure whether or not they will take the vaccine. And one more thing: even if and when the vaccine is developed, it is unlikely to go through all of the necessary tests and trials.”
Thank God Biden is reasonable about the efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccine.
A new RNC ad targets Democrats for their “vaccine hesitancy.” It features former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Biden, Harris, and many more key players in the Covid-19 vaccine mandate line-up.
Biden received his first Covid-19 vaccine on December 21, 2020, when Trump was still president. The smoke and mirrors were all for show. Biden didn’t mean what he said, and he wanted to give people the idea that Trump was being dishonest and the Covid-19 vaccine was somehow a threat.
Now, we see that the Covid-19 vaccine is a threat. Not necessarily the vaccine itself, although there are a lot of unanswered questions about the efficacy and side effects, but the Covid-19 vaccine mandates. We can’t have a president willing to deceive the American people and force them to take the Covid-19 vaccine. It’s unfair to play that game with people’s lives and livelihoods, but the Democrats are still at it and blaming the unvaccinated for the rise in Covid-19 infections. Biden and Harris had the most prominent voice and placed most of the doubt in public.
Hopefully, the fact-checkers will jump on this because the only thing they’ll be doing is proving themselves wrong again.
