Trump SHOWS Netanyahu BULLET WOUND
At Mar-a-Lago on Friday afternoon, former President Donald Trump greeted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warmly, kissing his wife on the cheek and embracing the Jewish leader before pointing out the spot where he was shot in the ear many weeks prior.
“Come on in, nice to see you,” said the Netanyahus, as the 78-year-old Trump extended his arms to greet them.
The Republican candidate proceeded to give Sara Netanyahu two cheek kisses and then pulled in the prime minister for a firm handshake.
“The greatest dinner I ever had,” Trump said to the Jewish leader.
During the former president’s tenure in the White House, Trump and Netanyahu enjoyed a tight friendship. After the prime minister congratulated President Biden on winning the 2020 election, their relationship encountered some rough patches. At the time, Trump said, “I haven’t spoken to him since,” and “F–k him.”
Netanyahu emphasized Trump’s backing of Israel in particular during his Tuesday speech to Congress.
In the Mar-a-Lago meeting, Trump declared that “everything is going to work out and very quickly” if he were to win a second term in government.
“If we don’t, you’re going to end up with major wars in the Middle East and maybe a Third World War. You are closer to a Third World War right now than at any time since the Second World War. You’ve never been so close because you have incompetent people running our country,” Trump said to the press.
Tuesday’s congressional speech was tainted by anti-Israel protesters burning American flags and declaring their support for Hamas outside the Capitol, which neither Biden nor Harris attended.
Netanyahu and Biden met on Wednesday at the White House. The 81-year-old Biden stated that he hoped Israel would work with Hamas to free prisoners and establish a cease-fire “as soon as possible.”
Prior to their meeting, the president did not make any complimentary comments to Netanyahu.
Shaking his hand, Biden replied, “Welcome back, Mr. Prime Minister. We got a lot to talk about, I think we should get to it—the floor is yours.”
Harris criticized the Jewish state leader over Israel’s approach to the Gaza Strip, saying she would not “remain silent” on the number of civilian losses while expressing “unwavering” support for Israel. Harris had skipped the congressional speech to attend an event with her sorority. Following her first meeting with the Israeli prime minister since emerging as the presumed Democratic nominee, she declared, “What has happened in Gaza over the past nine months is devastating.”
